By booking services with Skyline Nationwide, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided
Skyline Nationwide provides professional real estate photography, videography, drone services, and digital media content. All services are scheduled in advance and delivered in accordance with the scope discussed at the time of booking.
2. Copyright & Licensing
All photographs, videos, and media created by Skyline Nationwide are the sole property of Skyline Nationwide and are protected by copyright law.
Clients are granted a
limited, non-exclusive license to use the delivered media
solely for the purpose of marketing the property for which it was commissioned.
This media
may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, or redistributed to any third party—including but not limited to builders, designers, stagers, or other real estate agents—without
prior written consent from Skyline Nationwide.
3. 10DLC Compliance
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS communications from Skyline Nationwide, including appointment confirmations, delivery notifications, and limited promotional content.
All text messaging is fully compliant with
10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) regulations. You will only receive messages if you’ve given explicit consent, and you can opt out at any time by replying
STOP. Your number will never be shared, sold, or used for unsolicited messages.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least
24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at Skyline Nationwide’s discretion.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon delivery of media unless otherwise stated in writing. All content remains watermarked and unlicensed until payment is received in full.
6. Property Access & Readiness
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the property is photo-ready and accessible at the scheduled time. Skyline Nationwide is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access, cluttered spaces, or unprepared properties.
7. Liability
Skyline Nationwide shall not be held liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or media.
